Sale-Leaseback & Alternative Capital
Where conventional borrowing is not the best fit, Urban Credit assesses alternative structures that may provide liquidity while addressing the borrower’s operational and capital requirements.
Sale-leaseback transactions may allow an eligible asset owner to release capital through a sale and continued occupation under a lease. We also assess private credit and other structured financing arrangements where appropriate.
Key considerations include valuation, lease obligations, security, total financing cost, transaction documentation and the long-term effect on cash flow and asset control.
