Urban Credit is a boutique debt advisory firm based in Dubai that originates, structures and arranges debt financing for asset owners and businesses. We work with banks, private lenders and capital providers across the UAE.
FOUNDER
Urban Credit was founded and is led by Amin Teymouri, emphasizing disciplined underwriting, financial structuring, and debt placement. Independently, Amin is an active debt investor with a focus on credit markets across the US and Europe, managing his private office’s capital.
Studied restructuring and distressed debt investment at the Wharton School and is an independent researcher and theorist in financial markets, economics, governance, sociology and anthropology.
